Free delivery on all orders within the following locations and delivery days:

  • Illawarra: Monday to Friday

  • Sydney: Tuesday, Thursday

  • South Coast: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Southern Highlands: Thursday

ACT

  • Canberra Metro: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Snowy Mountains: Tuesday

  • Southern Tablelands: Thursday

QLD

  • Gold Coast: Monday to Friday

  • Scenic Rim: Tuesday (2nd & 4th week of the month)

  • Brisbane: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Northern NSW: Thursday (2nd & 4th week of the month)

NTH QLD

  • Port Douglas: Monday, Friday

  • Townsville: Monday to Friday

  • Yarrabah: Wednesday

  • Palm Cove to Gordonvale: Monday to Friday

TBC Distribution delivers within Australia only. Deliveries are made to the locations listed above using our own in-house courier service. Days may be subject to change without notice.

Orders to areas outside the above listed regions, or outside designated delivery days, may incur a delivery fee. Fees vary depending on location and shipment size and will be quoted at the time of order. For these deliveries, a trusted third-party courier may be used.

All deliveries are made to a physical street address only, PO Boxes cannot be serviced and must be signed for by the receiver.

To ensure next-day delivery, order deadlines may apply which vary per region.

Core products are maintained in our warehouses for fast delivery. Items not in stock, or non-core products, will be ordered from the manufacturer and delivered on the next available delivery day. Backordered items will be delivered on the next available delivery day after receipt.
