  • Free delivery is available on all orders within our designated delivery locations and delivery days.

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if:

    • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, unless it was an “indent order”

    • Received undamaged and unused

    • Received in their original packaging and the packaging is in its original condition

DISPENSER FAQs

  • Check that the pod has soap in it. If yes, contact Customer Service to send out a service technican.

  • Check the pod has soap in it. If yes, try changing the batteries. If it's still not working, contact Customer Service to send out a rep or service technican. 

  • Check if the chemicals are in the bottles and water is turned on. If yes to both, contact Customer Service to send out a rep or service technican. 

  • Turn off water immediately, and contact Customer Service to send out a service technician. 

  • Turn off motor on dispenser immediately, and contact Customer Service to send out a service technician. In the meantime, use dishwashing powder until a service technican can inspect it. 

  • Is the dispenser turned on both at the machine and power point? If yes, contact Customer Service to send out a service technican.  

  • Check the rinse aid drum still has chemical and change drum. If the problem continues, contact Customer Service to send out a service technician.
