Check that the pod has soap in it. If yes, contact Customer Service to send out a service technican.

Check the pod has soap in it. If yes, try changing the batteries. If it's still not working, contact Customer Service to send out a rep or service technican.

Check if the chemicals are in the bottles and water is turned on. If yes to both, contact Customer Service to send out a rep or service technican.

Turn off water immediately, and contact Customer Service to send out a service technician.

Turn off motor on dispenser immediately, and contact Customer Service to send out a service technician. In the meantime, use dishwashing powder until a service technican can inspect it.

Is the dispenser turned on both at the machine and power point? If yes, contact Customer Service to send out a service technican.

Check the rinse aid drum still has chemical and change drum. If the problem continues, contact Customer Service to send out a service technician.
